GH2 Architects Employee Benefits
I. Paid Time Off
GH2 employees earn at least 120 hours, or 3 weeks, off each full calendar year. Beginning with an employee's 5th service anniversary an extra 40 hours or one week is earned each year. An employee with 10 years of service can apply for a one-month paid sabbatical.
II. Group Health Insurance
GH2 pays more than 80% of the premium in our group health insurance plan for all eligible employees'. We also offer group life and vision insurance to our employees.
III. Tax-deferred Retirement Savings Plan
GH2 participates in a SIMPLE IRA plan and matches employee contributions up to a limit of 3%.
IV. Dental Insurance
GH2 pays more than 95% of the premium in our dental insurance plan for all eligible employees'.
V. Professional Licensing & Registration Policy
GH2 encourages professional registration and certification for its staff and provides firm-sponsored time away from work to take professional licensing examinations.
VI. Holidays
In addition to the PTO described above, GH2 offices are closed for 8 holidays.
